Insurance Options
The Florida Sinus Institute with Dr. David Greene accepts most PPO insurance carriers as well as Medicare. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit the charges with your insurance carrier – including verifying your benefits and pre-authorizing any procedures with your insurance company. Some of the insurance we MAY accept are below. Please check with your individual plan to confirm coverage.

The responsibility for the entire balance is yours. We accept cash and most major credit cards for outstanding balances, deductibles, and co-pays. All balances, deductibles, and co-pays are due at the time of service.
